International Naval Survey Bureau (INSB) is a worldwide accepted Classification Society that was founded in Greece four decades ago. The Society performs marine safety surveys and approvals for ship classification, statutory and marine management systems certification for new builds and fleet in service.

The African Regional Office of the INSB is committed to providing timely cost beneficial technical services to stakeholders in the evolving shipping industry within the African continent with the primary aim of safeguarding the safety of lives and human property at sea and preventing the pollution and degradation of our national environment.
